Michael S. North is an Assistant Professor at NYU Stern School of Business. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his Ph.D. in Psychology and Social Policy from Princeton University. His research focuses primarily on age, ageism, and generational issues--with related management and policy applications.

His research has been published in various peer-reviewed journals, including Psychological Bulletin (twice), Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and PLoS ONE.
